About Us

Who We Are

Kipimili is a South African company, owned by a husband and wife team.  We started off as a “from home” little business in 2000, when we noticed the lack of all weather jackets for babies and toddlers.  The smallest size that could be found in shops was for 5 year olds.  We then decided to fill in the gap by making those smaller sizes.  We make these in 20 different colours and our smallest size is 3-6 months.  We also recently added sleeveless jackets and our clients can now have a choice between, toweling, fleece or mesh linings plus a choice between a collar or hood.

We also specialize in custom baby / toddler clothing and accessories for girls and boys. We have a wide variety of clothing ranging from dashing shorts and comfortable tops for boys to gorgeous summer dresses and outfits for girls. We are able to create beautiful custom designs for clients on order as well.

Kipimili has been manufacturing all weather jackets and clothing for nursery schools and children for the past 15 years. We have 30 years’ experience in the manufacturing of children clothing and therefore we know by now what our clients want and our main “ingredient” when manufacturing our products is LOVE!!

We also offer custom made items as per the customers’ requirements. We operate from in Alberton and supply Nation wide. We also have an outlet in the Krugersdorp area.
